For the exclusive benefit of Educatia, Educatia shall retain the right to litigate the merits of the matter in the courts of the country where you reside or, if this TOU is entered into in the course of your profession, in the country where your principal place of business is located.
ARTICLE 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. In the event of failure to resolve a dispute between the parties amicably, the French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
